Kenneth M Homolya, MD

Dr. Kenneth M. Homolya is a Board Certified Anesthesiologist who is also fellowship trained and Board Certified in Pain Medicine. With over fifteen years of experience in the medical field, six of those years have been solely dedicated to pain management. Dr. Homolya has devoted his life to helping people with chronic pain, focusing on individualized treatment plans with a variety of treatment options. Dr. Homolya believes in a comprehensive approach to pain management, which includes appropriate medical management and goal directed therapies, alongside advanced diagnostic and therapeutic interventions. Dr. Homolya established Integrity Pain Consultants with the sole purpose of providing the best patient care possible.

Brandon Tolman, DO

Dr. Tolman graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science with a concentration in Sports Medicine.  He studied kinesiology at Virginia Tech before earning his medical degree from The West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine.  Dr. Tolman completed his residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago where he focused on Sports Medicine and Musculoskeletal injuries.  He had the opportunity to work with many of the physicians from Midwest Orthopedics at Rush, the team physicians for the Chicago Bulls and the Chicago White Sox.  During his time at Rush, Dr. Tolman served on many national boards including The American Academy of Physiatry and The Academy of Osteopathic Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.  He was instrumental in creating the first annual Rush Housestaff Association Charity golf tournament, where funds were donated to a nonprofit which trained service animals to help patients with various disabilities.  He also was able to find time to create the first hands on musculoskeletal ultrasound course specifically designed to train resident physicians from multiple specialties.  Dr. Tolman completed his fellowship in Interventional Spine and Regenerative Medicine at The Center for Pain and Physiatric Rehabilitation in Annapolis, Maryland.  He is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and is board eligible in Pain medicine and plans to sit for his board examination in 2018.

Dr. Tolman is passionate about providing excellent care to his patients with spine, sports and musculoskeletal injuries.  He is dedicated to finding the root of the problem in order to provide the optimal medical, procedural and surgical treatments for his patients.  Dr. Tolmans focus is on maximizing each individual patients function by utilizing fluoroscopic and ultrasound injections, physical therapy, bracing, weight loss and nutrition while minimizing opioid use.  Dr. Tolman is empathetic and understanding of his patients as he has dealt with many of the painful conditions he sees in clinic everyday and knows how much a comprehensive approach can help his patients with acute pain.

In his spare time Dr. Tolman enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his dogs mountain biking, hiking, golfing, wakeboarding, playing volleyball and watching live music.  He is an Eagle Scout, has traveled to over 50 countries around the world and even built his own house prior to starting medical school.

Angela Allen, NP

Angie joined Integrity Pain Consultants in February of 2014.  She has over 15 years of experience in the medical field and she is a graduate of Murray State University with a Bachelors of Nursing Degree in 2001.  Angie furthered her education at Vanderbilt School of Nursing and graduated with an Advanced Practice Nursing Degree in 2005.  She has practiced as a Nurse Practitioner in the Burn Center and with the Vascular Surgery team at Vanderbilt Medical Center.  She has dedicated her last five years of practice to the field of pain management.

Ashley Nutt, NP

Ashley joined Integrity Pain Consultants in October 2015. Originally from Southwest Arkansas she received her undergraduate nursing degree from the University of Central Arkansas. Relocating to Nashville to attended Vanderbilt University she received her advanced nurse practitioner degree. Board certified in Women’s Health & Adult Nurse Practitioner Ashley has 5 years of clinical   experience, with a majority in both interventional pain management & a medically supervised weight loss clinic.

British Bates, NP

British joined Integrity Pain Consultants in October 2018. A Native from Middle Tennessee, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2011 from Cumberland University.

She then worked as a Registered Nurse for five years before deciding to further her Nursing career at Tennessee State University.

British graduated with an Advanced Practice Nursing Degree in 2015 and has practiced interventional pain as a Nurse Practitioner since January 2019.



Whitney Anderson, Director of Operations and Practice Manager

Whitney Anderson is the Director of Operations and Practice Manager for Integrity Pain Consultants and Integrity Center for Regenerative Medicine.

Whitney has over 10 years of healthcare experience, five of those in practice management and healthcare compliance. Whitney received her Bachelor of Science with an emphasis on Business Management from Western Kentucky University.
